Affiliate Summit West to AVN with FastoPayments
In January 2026, Gerardo and I headed to Las Vegas for two important industry events that closely reflect the spaces we operate in: Affiliate Summit West and AVN.
We attended Affiliate Summit West from January 11 to 14, 2026. The event delivered exactly what the affiliate industry is known for: high energy, open conversations, and a strong mix of affiliates, networks, and service providers. We spent most of our time connecting with partners and peers, talking candidly about traffic quality, payments, approval rates, and where the affiliate ecosystem is realistically heading. Those honest, no-fluff conversations are where the real value always sits.
From there, we moved on to AVN, taking place from January 21 to 24, 2026. The adult industry operates at a different pace and comes with its own set of challenges, especially around payments, compliance, and long-term stability. We had the chance to meet platform owners, studios, and operators who are focused on building sustainable businesses rather than chasing short-term wins. These discussions matter to us, as they align closely with how we think about supporting adult merchants properly.
AVN wraps up with its award show on the final evening, which we are looking forward to as a great way to close out the week and recognise the people and companies pushing the industry forward.
Across both conferences, one thing was clear. While online meetings are useful, nothing replaces being in the same room. Face-to-face conversations, honest discussions about challenges, and building trust in person still matter.
We had a genuinely great time, met some solid people, and came away with new relationships and ideas that will shape how we move forward throughout 2026. Based on the experience, coming back next year is very much on the table.
