Dennis’s Corner: Tough Calls & New Launches

Not Every Month Is a Highlight Reel

Some months you launch things. Some months you survive things. This one was both.

May has been one of the harder stretches I’ve had as a founder. A string of decisions that didn’t come with clean answers, some personal turbulence mixed in, and the kind of fatigue that coffee stops fixing around Wednesday. If you’ve built anything from scratch, you know the feeling. The calendar doesn’t care that you’re running on empty.

But here’s what I’ve learned about momentum: it doesn’t wait for you to feel ready.

Two New Launches

While all of that was happening behind the scenes, we shipped.

tobebanked.com is now live. If you’re a business that needs a corporate IBAN account and you’ve been turned away, shuffled around, or stuck in a compliance queue that never seems to move, this is built for you. We work with a network of EMI and banking partners to place accounts for businesses in industries that traditional banks would rather pretend don’t exist. Licensed gambling, crypto-adjacent companies, travel, nutraceuticals. Real businesses that deserve real banking infrastructure.

startacorptoday.com is the second launch. Company incorporation in Estonia, Cyprus, and Denmark, handled properly from day one. Whether you need an EU entity for licensing, market access, or operational reasons, we help you get it set up without the guesswork. Clean structure, right jurisdiction, no surprises six months down the road.

Why Both, Why Now

These aren’t side projects. They’re the answer to a pattern we kept seeing with our merchants at Payfasto: founders spending weeks chasing banking and corporate setup before they could even think about processing payments. We decided to close that gap ourselves rather than keep pointing people to a list of providers.

The timing wasn’t perfect. It never is. But waiting for a calm month to launch something would mean waiting forever.

What I’m Taking Into Next Month

Honestly? A shorter to-do list and a better sense of what deserves my energy. Not every fire needs the founder in the room. Not every decision needs to be made today. The hard months teach you that the business has to run even when you can’t carry all of it yourself.

If you’re in a similar stretch right now, the only advice I’d give: ship anyway. The work is the way through.

More to come.
